The Role
As a Customer Care Consultant , you will play a key role in supporting customers during critical moments, fostering meaningful relationships, and delivering personalized solutions that truly make a difference. There are multple contract and permanent postions available.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with account maintenance inquiries, including updates to personal details such as addresses, phone numbers, and bank account information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate loan application approvals, organize customer documents, and submit applications to the credit department.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure high data input standards.
- Provide administrative support to relevant teams.
- Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and care.
About You
- Experience: At least one year in a customer-facing role (contact centre, retail, banking, or related fields).
- Education: Tertiary education is preferred but not essential.
- Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Mindset: A customer-first approach with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Detail-oriented: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
